The Forum Trust is a landlord and rent collected from tenants in both The Forum and 2 Millennium Plain accounts for 25% of income.

 

The conveniently placed car park under the building plays a significant role in contributing towards the company’s finances.

 

Income from entrance fees to Origins enables us to run the VAQAS accredited, award winning Tourist Attraction housed within The Forum and directly managed by the Forum Trust.

 

Events and money received as sponsorship for putting on events accounts for an important amount of income. This permits us to run events such as the Ice Rink, Comedy Store and Cinema Under the Stars.

 

The Research and Innovation department is entirely self financing. The team bids for funded ICT and European projects and then undertakes the work using the grants provided. The funding pays for their time, expertise, costs incurred whilst carrying out the project and salaries.
