Robin Hall - CEO
Robin has a background in international business, major capital projects and regional economic development. He has been Chief Executive of what is now the Forum Trust since October 1997, leading both the successful delivery of the Forum capital project and the establishment of a financially viable charitable company. Robin is a founder Director of VisitNorwich Ltd and a member of its Executive Committee, is a Trustee of both the Theatre Royal and the OPEN Youth Trust and is a member of two UEA committees.
Steven Falvey - Building Manager
Steven initially studied at The Hotel School, City College Norwich, and spent 10 years working within the hotel and leisure industries with companies including Thistle Hotels and Tolly Cobbold Brewery. After a move into facilities and property management working for the University of London at Wye College , he obtained an HNC with the Chartered Institute of Housing. Steven has considerable experience of managing properties within the secondary and higher education sectors and joined The Forum shortly before it opened in 2001.
Neil Gilding – Head of Finance & Business Systems
Neil undertook a graduate training contract with BDO Stoy Hayward in Norwich and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2000. On leaving practice he joined the general insurance arm of Norwich Union working in the Capital Management Team, and from there moved on to take the new role of Commercial Finance Manager for the Retail Division of Jarrold and Sons Ltd. Neil subsequently relocated to Bermuda and spent two years working as Financial Controller for a Hedge Fund Administration company, before returning to Norwich and joining The Forum in June 2008.
Mark Hand - Marketing Manager
Having spent his formative years in Hong Kong, Mark graduated at what was then North London Polytechnic in Business Studies. He worked for the London Borough of Ealing for twelve years, developing and promoting over twenty public halls for hire in addition to working in partnership with the private sector to deliver a high profile programme of indoor and outdoor events. During this time he also successfully studied for the CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. Mark moved to Norwich in December 2000 and has worked for The Forum Trust since then.
