We currently have the following vacancies; the closing date for both is Friday 6th June.
Lunchbox Compere and Promotions
This role will compere and promote our free outdoor street theatre event "Lunchbox" during July and August. You will also need to be able to set up and take down equipment. You must also be able and willing to stand up in front of a large crowd and introduce/promote the acts. We are looking for someone who is confident, flexible and willing to work on your own.
The hours of work will be 15 - 20 per week, Monday to Friday 11.30am - 4.30pm, in July and August.
The rate of pay will be £7.07 per hour.
Events Assistant
This role will assist with the setting up and stewarding of events as well as leaflet distribution and promotions and customer liaison. There may be some heavy lifting involved. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who is able to work either unsupervised or in a small team. This is a casual role so there are no fixed hours and candidates will need to be flexible; some evening and weekend work will be required. The rate of pay will be £6.41 per hour.
